this charming little lady was born last weekend-and i was lucky enough to meet her just a few hours after she arrived home. i have many more that i want to post...but i love these so much i couldn't wait for them all to be done.

here comes the sun

i wasn't sure the sun was going to cooperate this morning. when i went outside at 630am-there was total cloud cover. these beautiful parents to be were already on the way to the farm-and as they turned in at 715 the sun came through the clouds and shined happily. they make such a sweet and loving couple-can't wait to see them as parents to a lucky little girl!

 colt's grandparents got him a car for his 1st birthday! i think it is just as much fun for matthew as it is for colt :)

little airplanes

a few of my favorites from a super sweet family. the kids pretended to be airplanes throughout a big portion of the session. they flew around the roses and kept giving me amazing expressions. i really couldn't ask for anything more....and then they told me that they were married right there in the rose garden!

'my family'

there were so many wonderful moments from this early sunday morning shoot at the nelson. but my favorite was towards the end of our time. landon noticed some other kids that were also doing a photo shoot. he went over and talked to the boy for awhile then i heard him say 'i have to get back to my family'. he went on to tell us that they were going to dora's playground in mexico and he wanted to go along. his dad calmly said they could talk about it in the car :)

landon is now a big brother! they just adopted sam in may-and he is precious! i was just in awe of his chubs, his hair and his laid back nature.

happy birthday addi

i've had the privilege of watching this family through several big milestones. both children are beautiful- with big blue eyes that are curious and watchful. we had a sweet morning blowing bubbles, reading books, sitting on hay bales and a tractor and wishing adorable addi a very happy first birthday.
